The staff was gentle, the accommodation was small and fairly clean. The continental breakfast was unlimited and consisted of croissants and muffins. The hotel had a central location and it was just a walk down to Place Emilie-Gamelin.

Comfy location, well-trained staff, cheerful hotel. Elegant building, beautifully clean and spacious bedroom. The staff did all they can for a pleasant enough stay. The service was FRIENDLY too. Moreover, there was public parking on site, which was a plus.
